April 3, 200619 yr I'd resort to the drugs. :P I'd recommend Amphetamine, if your not wanting to do that, then try something legal like some how getting a large supply of glucose into your system. :)

April 5, 200619 yr Cold water (drink it) and a 15 minute nap. The body uses the water to replenish tired muscles and the nap allows your muscles and organs (eyes and brain especially) to rest and recharge a bit. I've been doing it every day since mid January. I wake up at 7:30am, start work at 8:30 am, finish work and nap at 3:30pm to 4:30pm (actual nap time 30 mins after travel time) then I go to school until 9:30pm. I go home, eat dinner and do my assignments/homework and sleep about 12-1 am, usually. The power naps and loads of water throughout the day helps a lot. Cutting back on caffeine helps too. It makes me hyper which tires me out faster and harder.

The most effective way repair muscle is to enter REM sleep which is impossible to do in 15 minutes. You sir are a dumbass who needs to take a psych course or read a book before you start spouting off random nonsense.
