The Rolling Stones AC/DC Chuck Berry The Guess Who The Who It's hard to say "Rock" because their are SO many branches...Like Southern Rock (Lynyrd Skynyrd).

April 3, 200619 yr Zeppelin is my favorite "rock" band, but they weren't really rock, more like white mans blues-rock. I hate these lists though can't make up my mind. So in no perticular order...(5 is not enough) CCR Blue Oyster Cult AC/DC Iron Maiden The Who Rolling Stones Pink Floyd Queen The Kinks The Beatles (they are too influential not to list)
