Even though when Rock n' Roll originated it was just the same thing as Rhythm and Blues, but made buy a couple of white guys to make a couple bucks. At the time RnB was what you listened to if you were black, Rock if you were white. Elvis Presley, while not a bad musician, wasn't at all original. If any body invented "Rock" it was chuck berry and to say chuck berry had no blues is a complete lie. Blues is the root of all branches of "Rock". Don't forget the past you whores, lamb of god and trivium to ryan adams and dashboard confessional, its all a branch of RnB.
