April 5, 200619 yr I've heard of Dragonforce for a ridiculously long time now, pity they're shit, eh? If you are interested in Metal then I suggest listening to Trivium, One of the best bands out, some insane guitar riffs, inspiring drum beats and the dude can scream and sing.

I only like certain kinds of metal though so, most bands dont intrest me at all. I only like a few bands, Avenged Sevenfold's old stuff, Protest the hero, Dragonforce, Silverstein, Coheed and Cambria, n Slick Shoes are the bands i usually only litsen to. I'll check out Trivium though thanks <3 edit: Just litsening to Trivium, there pretty good, they sound more Metalcore then Metal though.

April 5, 200619 yr Those bands are shit man, You need a good taste of rock. They are mainly metal-core, well, the old albums are. The latest stuff has become heavy metal, but they have done a few songs consisting of Death Metal such as Fugue. I'll list the best songs that I recommend you download. A Gunshot to the head of Trepidation - One of the best songs they ever made, on the latest album "Ascendancy", This should really get you into them. Washing away Me the Tides - One of my favourites. Ember to Inferno - Quite hard to understand what he is saying, but the guitaring is good and the chorus is insane. Pull harder on the strings of your Martyr - One of my favorites, and one of the best they have done. Like light to the Flies - Insane Guitar Riff in between the verse running up to the chorus. The Deceived - Now this song, Inexpressible, It's too good for words. Requiem - Classic! You can download all these using Kazaa, Lime wire, Morpheus... Whatever your using I suggest you download each of these songs and listen to them, the spelling is correct so you can just copy and paste, but the song names might be a tad too long for some of the searches, so naturally, limit it down to something like "A Gunshot to the head" or search for band Artist Trivium. I don't know why I'm teaching you to search, lol. But this is how bored I actually am. I can also give you some good Death Metal artists if your into that, but i only like it for the music, I hate the "Singing". Another Good band is Rammstein. Mein Herz Brennt - Insane chorus, I recommend a download for sure. Another World - It's in English, It's the blitzball theme for FFX, a classical game. But the band Rammstein didn't actually do the song, it is just the singer, yet retards and n00bs swarm the net and insist on it being Rammstein so it will be there. :) Feuer Frei! - This song, awesome. lol. Ooh! And before i forget, get the song Solitaire/Unraveling by Mushroom head. They make sound effects on the guitars by scratching the strings which make it very interesting and it's the best song to listen to whilst your stoned parce que, It's rather "Trippy". I would also recommend Killswitch Engage. End of Heartache - This was the soundtrack for Resident Evil II, Very good! My Last Serenade - Starts of soft slow and quiet, but gets very heavy, Fantastic! Now if you like instrumental music, Explosions In The Sky is the way to go. They are from West Texas and they do some insane songs that chill you out when your stressed, yet some songs are so sad, that if your depressed they could probably make you cry, and there is no singing! Your Hand In Mine - This is the soundtrack to Friday Night Lights, Everybody went crazy for this. First Breath After Coma - The song halfway through gets very interesting, some fast and relaxing guitars playing. Glittering Blackness - One of my favourite songs, very hard to play because you keep having to play minor notes and normal notes combined, and truthfully, I'm a drummer. Atreyu, Now this is a shitty emo band, but they did one of my favourite songs, Now i absolutely hate emo's 100%, but this song is not emo and it's insane! Her Portrait In Black - Very good singing and music. That's about all I can be bothered to list right now, I'm going bed because it's almost 12PM here and I'm stoned and i have to go school because it's meh GCSE's soon. April 6, 200619 yr Arch Enemy ftw. Secondly, Dragonforce only has one decent song imo, and it's My Spirit Will Go On. They're practically an 80s band, not that 80s bands are bad or anything, but it's been done. A lot. 2 and a half minute long solos and high pitch singers. Mercyful Fate anyone?
April 6, 200619 yr Dragonforce are great! They are playing Donington, its gonna be sick! I live in the village right next to Donnington! And I used to go to school there. =D Trivium are good, Matt Heafy (Lead Guitar and Vocals) is and was voted the best Guitar player in the USA (Of the younger generation anyways). And Rammstein, I strictly like them for the music and music only, the singing is shite. Nu-Metalists? Doubt it, I listen to tons of shit, they were the only songs I told him to get because he likes crap like Avenged Sevenfold.
