i have downloaded the new Driver for the PS2 and i need to put it onto cd-r or multiple discs because my PS2 doesnt play the dvd-r games. can anyone help me?
what driver? have you modded your ps2 or used the slide card function? if your ps2 doesn't read dvd-r's then you really can't play that many games that are on the ps2 since most of them are on dvd except a few (i know smugglers run is on a cd-r) anyway to burn it to a cd-r you would have to take the drivers and if they are not in an image then you have to make them one. if they are then you can just burn the image using nero to the cd-r and your ps2 should read it.

its Driver 4 Paralell Lines, and yes my ps2 is chipped but its the one wher u need to use a boot disc.
O i didn't think it was the game driver jsut some "drivers" to enable you to use your ps2 to do something. ok then wat i told you about burning the image to a cd-r should work even if youre using the boot disc. is it in image format or do you need to convert it to an .iso? Also you have to see how big the game is because if it is too big to fit on a cd-r then youre out of luck unless you mod it again so it can play dvd-r games because games that are not two cd's by nature cannot be split to fit on multiple cds and must fit on a dvd. Lastly, do you have an hd that you can fit your games on and play them off of instead of discs? Im guessing you don't but if you have an old 40 gb or higher hd lieing around you can use it to play ps2 games so you won't be limited to just cd games and can play games on dvd-r as well. Check out this link in using an hd toplay ps2 games using the memory card exploit. http://www.biggzz.net/
