Posted April 12, 200619 yr My boss needed to order me a new computer for for today so he comes up to me at my desk and says "come on we need to order you a computer" I go with to his office and I expect him to order me the cheapest computer he can find. He goes on to the Dell website (1st mistake) and clicks some random computer on the frontpage. As he is ordering it he goes down the list of parts(RAM, CD DRIVES, VIDEO CARDS, ETC...) for the computer checking all most expensive things he can. I am standing behind him think "wtf is wrong with this dude" anyways the total comes out like 2,000+ and then I think "I probably could have made something just as good if not better for half that price", but hey its his money and that would just mean more work for me. I was just amazed me at how some people can just throw away money like that.

Im Tech Support at a ISP it only pay $15 an hour so im trying to work my way up to something else in the company by learning other peoples jobs I think I'll go for webmaster, he get $60 an hour then I will own the company then the internet then the world

April 12, 200619 yr Dell is the devil, but if it's free, take it. I'm thinking of getting A++ certified so I can go into Computer Diagnostics. I will most likely end up as a regular technician though.
