Posted April 28, 200619 yr Okay, I just set myself up for a day of uninterrupted CS:S-ing. Once I get to my beautiful computer and load it, I see a buncha shit that looks like missing textures next to the name of the server. Hmm, I wonder what this means. So decide to go cheack it out by going to a server from whenece I see "You've been banned for haxing" or some such shit. Yup, banned. And banned for a wallhack, no less. I must have been fairly conspicuous in order for them to ban me from VAC. So then I felt sad, my day ruined. Also, I'm not the only one who uses the account, my older brother does too. He's told me that cheating was ruining the game and that I should stop before I get banned. Turns out thaat he was right. So now i ask my fellow myg0t brethren for help, as I know not much about Steam or VAC. I have the ability to go out and buy a new copy, but I'm not sure of this'll help or not. Could I go buy a new copy and create a whole new account? Yes, but no idea if that would help. So please tell me what to do in order to get myself unbanned. Thanks in advance for the help, I sure need it. The uber-VACraped part of it was that I sucked w/that hack. My best score was 66. 66/144.
April 28, 200619 yr Well, You can't get yourself 'unbanned' no matter what. But you can work aroud it. You can Block VAC2 from scaning your comp with a firewall, which allows you to play on a banned account. But, i forgot how to do it, Hopefully someone will post how.. What did you have on this account? I mite have a spare one to lend, Was it just 1.6?

If you buy a new copy, just change the name of the account name folder in steamapps: example : The account name was alinignog the new is blacknignog change "alinignog" to "blacknignog" in SteamApps folder. Or just download VAC2OFF that someone might leak:naughtyd:
April 28, 200619 yr From what I heard Xfire bypasses the VAC2 for the moment, so you can join VAC-secured servers from xfire. Otherwise, learn to code or get contacts.

April 29, 200619 yr the site is fine. i tried it and it works. it would seem though that i got disconnected due to a "Client timed out" error and upon trying to reconnect it said that my steamid could not be verified.
