April 30, 200618 yr there is no SBC there is only AT&T (SBC bought out AT&T then took it's name because it was better known globally) and i know what you mean, my dad's a manager of engineers for SBC/AT&T, and he always complains about how his company doesn't seem to realize that customers actually expect it to provide service. major corporations are so annoying. i swear, without adequate competition for a business, capitalism is such an unbelievably unproductive economic system.

April 30, 200618 yr yea It must suck to have SBC as a provider. My friend got stuck with dial-up after they said he didn't pay, but he paid every bill. But they said they didn't get it, so they cut him off from the high-speed. He is now waiting in line to get high speed again. Might be 2 months. All I have to say is fuck that company
April 30, 200618 yr Author I would rather go through SBC than another ISP. Why use a middle man and pay more? Other ISP's just resell the DSL to you for a higher price so they can make a profit.
