I'm part of that 10%, I haven't felt fake ones but I'm pretty sure they're not as soft and squeezy as natural ones.

Fake tits have a weird feel to 'em. I've only had the pleasure of enjoying 2 sets, but both had semi-noticable bumps and were a bit akward.

I felt some fake ones once and they aren't as nice as natural (before you start saying shit like 'ZOMG U NEVAR FELT TITTIES' it was only because I happened to be there when she was questioning if she should've got it done and I convinced her to let me feel so I could decide if it was a good idea). Natural are definitely better, but saying that I prefer natural all around, I hate superficial girls.
