May 6, 200618 yr Spyware Doctor works out about 50p per month. Its an all-round malware remover and pretty high rated. I recommend it. http://www.pctools.com Or if you don't want to pay - just do the scan to locate the problem and remove it manually.

Does anyone know if the branches of adblock (adblock plus under 6.0 and the then the branch of 6.0 and on) have fixed the memory leak. Rather annoying, considering firefox already takes up a bunch of ram on it's own.
July 31, 200618 yr theres no real way to be save against trojans spyware is pretty easy to detecect and delete but viruses can be a bitch too i would recommend kaspersky antivirus for the viruses and the spyware problem is already solved in this thread i guess

August 2, 200618 yr Though you've probably sussed the virus problem you had now you may want to look up smitfraudfix (Google it). It's a useful little app that helps to get rid of that Winfixer bollox that other Anti-Spywares like Ad-Aware etc don't pick up.

August 14, 200618 yr if yout not a dumbass download hijak this its a very nice program for removing browser hijaking registry keys, be careful you could delete your non malicious egistry keys in the process thogh =)
