This glitch has survived 3 of their patches. Any way use it as you wish.

December 17, 200618 yr Just to correct Saint Zero's post, the only way to do this is on the PAC Titan. He made a mistake by saying you can do this on the EU titan which is impossible. Just to let you all know though, it definately does work and its hilarious to see people try and figure out where they are getting shot from. Again, this can only be done on the PAC titan, not the EU.
