Posted August 12, 200618 yr dont send me all the fucking shit with newell or watever his name it (that shit is pissing the shit out of me) i need help with my mic (i thought u guys would have known) it keeps skipping and i got a fucking $45 dollar mic (sennheiser) and ive seen like pros use that so i dont know why it skips??? does it in every server. can u help me. (works fine in vent)
August 12, 200618 yr I don't know if this still works or is still a problem nowadays, but try increasing you cl_cmdrate. That always used to fix my mic like a year and a half ago.
August 12, 200618 yr Um... I don't know, it's really just dependent on your other rates, just try some high number like 75 or 80 (if it's lower than that). If the rate is already high, i'm not too sure how to fix it, I havn't really dealt with a problem like this for a few years...
