August 13, 200618 yr Lol at this thread. For a start, it's a bad idea to excersize within 90 minutes of eating, though something like a slice of toast for breakfast is OK. The routine you posted, you would have to have been working out for several years building up to being able to do such a routine. You would also have to have a natural aptitude for body building. I guess what I'm saying is that I doubt this is true, especially since you just decided to post a thread on it on myg0t forums, but whatever floats your boat I guess.

August 13, 200618 yr Everyday, 2 times a day (after breakfast, after dinner) i work out in my basement. yeah, it's not good to workout after eating because all your blood will be rushing to your stomach trying to digest your food. Do not workout more than 2 times a day, you're not giving your muscles enough time to recuperate between workouts. Plus if your muscles have not repaired themselves, you will be doing more damage than good. Rest is very important. Ex: workout monday and rest on tuesday then workout on wednsday Contrary to popular belief, you do not grow while working out, you only grow when you are resting.
