Lmao don't know how long you have been doing that routine but its absolutly horrible. almost impossible for you to get any results from it.

 

if you work the same muscle for two days in a row it doesnt allow it to repair the ripped tissue.

 

If you work chest Day 1 and then tricepts on day 2, the tricepts will not have results since they are the secondary muscle used in doing chest on day 1, which than need a day to rest.

 

By working out a muscle and not giving it at least two days (if you lift heavy but few weight sets) to rest it will negativly affect it, also by the time you do more than 4 exercises in one day the exercises after that will not do anything at all except fill the muscles up with blood and not make them bigger/stronger.

 

just thought id tell you that. If you keep up those exercises you'll become skinny if your already average.

 

great routine could be (with everything max weight you can do for 6 reps/3 sets)

Day1: pulls -> hammercurls/widegrip chins/deadlifts

dayoff -cardio/abs

day2: pushes-> bench presses(incline/decline)/shoulders/triceps

dayoff-cardio/abs

day3: -> legs

 

If you follow this routine and add about 500 more calories to your diet, a skinny man can become quite built within a year. However, only if it is strictly followed and you have about 8 months liftiing of training.
