Posted August 14, 200618 yr Hey, I'm not to good with computer specs, but i've seen this dell at a pretty good price for what I can get. But is it worth it? if you can help me that would be great. http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/dimen_9150?c=uk&l=en&s=dhs&cs=ukdhs1 thanks <3
August 19, 200618 yr I would never suggest a Dell to someone but if you're looking for something that'll function and is cheap that'd be an excellent computer for you. Its not half bad, however it still is a Dell and will be prone to breaking and hardware issues. Get the extended warranty.
August 20, 200618 yr Everyone has been so nasty about dell. Personaly I dont like there desktops. But for laptops I like them a lot I havent had any problems with them breaking down or shitting the bed. Althou if you want support.. Dell is not the place to go. Getting someone who speaks english is impossible. Once you dick around for 5 hours and get someone who speaks english tech support is acctualy pretty good. I have a 21 inch widescreen monitor from dell.. I dont own a Dell Tower So neways i call up dell i needed a replacement monitor cuz i had a lot of dead pixels.. For about an hour i went through 5 different dot heads telling me i had to give them the service tag number on my dell computer after i tolled every single one of them i dident own a fucking computer just a monitor.. and when i finnaly got through to the warranty department i had 3 different dot heads tell me i dident have a warranty when i have a 3 year warranty.. then i finaly got thru to someone who spoke english.. and i got a new monitor
August 22, 200618 yr Depends which model you go for, there all different spec. Pretty decent spec though... Don't buy a pc just cos it says dell on it. Look around, you may find one more decent at a decent price. /Typo
