well i know this is a randy ass thread and i know there are others sort of liek this but mine is different.

 

ok my plan is that i want to workout and get bigger and ript...with dumbells, my friends doubt me but i know it can happen if youre dedicated

 

what i want to know i guess is if i truly am dedicated can i get big (not huge but averagely strong) from just dumbells? and my 2nd question is can someone give me a week routine for me?

It's all well and good working with dumbells but all that does is tone up. You need to get the right amount of body fat to tone up with a good diet and other activities, maybe a sport or swimming, I cycle a lot now because I enjoy cycling around different places.

if you want to get strong (not tone) use heavy weights and low reps.

You need to get the right amount of body fat

 

Rifk, Hooden, fat and toned are two different things. You're fat, I'm toned.

lift heavy, use proper form always, and eat alot if you have a fast metabolism

It takes alot more than lifting dumbells to get 'big'. You need to workout daily and most importantly have a bulking diet which means, you need to eat alot of lean meat. A combination of protien and good fats.

 

People assume by lifting wieghts they will get 'big' or 'ripped' in a couple of weeks LOL. It takes years and a proper diet to get 'big'. You may get toned right of way if your skinny but to get big, you need to look somwhere else like bodybuilding.com for more information and tips.

i know it wont take 2 weeks, i know that to see results it will probably take 2 months and a year to notice a big difference, so really im asking for a routine :/ because im dedicated

If your a weak ass bitch, like those skinny ***ets who dont have testostrum it will be difficult.

 

Personally, I can build muscle that would make you sick in a few months.

Pm me your email and i can give you great workout plans for bulking up lots of muscle, even as quickly as 4-5 months to see results, especially if your a teenager as i personally train them at a local gym every week.

Don't bother going to any sites as they all give random workouts and journal entrys for what worked for some people, but you need a plan that is customized just for you and your body type.

Anyways, i can give you a perfect workout plan/diet/ tips that people pay big $$ and search forever on different forums and never find.

 

ps: i'll only be online if im at work. (and i only work for the next week or so)
