Posted February 9, 200421 yr Any of you experimented with outputting computers' display to a TV? how did it turn out? how to games, desktop, text look? for my next machine i want to make it output to a 27 inch flat screen tv(case small enough to not be noticed), they have much better picture than the bubble tv's so i was thinking they'd give a good display. I'm getting tierd of sitting directly in front of the monitor.
February 9, 200421 yr hooked up my comp to my neighbors 52 inch a couple months ago, bit blurry for reading but for gaming it was good
February 9, 200421 yr just make sure your tv has a good resolution. I tried it on my sumo tv and the resolution is just so shit.
February 9, 200421 yr Author post some pics k... not with your stupid shitty phone camera, get a decent digital camera with 1.1 megapixel at least..
February 9, 200421 yr :hsnono: Tv's are for crap :hsnono: they are LOW RES.. and wrong frame rate for any good movie or game play. Text ends up being way to large to see right. Stick with CRT. If you want to see your stuff in a large screen you might want to get one of these. HD Cinema Display sports a 23-inch
February 9, 200421 yr From my experiance the text looks weird usually stretched or squashed. and framerates are okay, but it just dont look as sharp as a computer moniter picture.
February 9, 200421 yr TV are crap, nough said, they cannot match the quality of a monitor. Unless you own a Plasma screen. Only reason you'd run a tv out to your tv from computer is for like viewing movies on the tv from the computer.
February 9, 200421 yr mine turned everything black and white... using gf4 mx420 how to fix? text seemed fine... just black and white.
February 9, 200421 yr It works fine with me, I have a geforecefx5200 w/ tv/out and a 30" Sony, the quality is ok, I only use it for movies/porn. Other than that I use my monitor, I have a 19" so it's big enough for me.
