Counter-Strike Source Sound Script

Use - This script is for Counter-Strike Source only.

 

Info - Read this guide before you consider making new threads - asking how to play wave files in Counter-Strike.

 

Note - The voiceannoy script is not considered a hack/exploit nor will it get you banned by VAC2.

Step 1

 

Download the voiceannoy script - http://www.myg0t.com/downloads/voiceannoy.rar

Step 2

 

Extract the voiceannoy.cfg to C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\ ... \counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg\, where your config.cfg is located.

Step 3

 

Open config.cfg and add "exec voiceannoy.cfg". Remember to make the file read-only again afterwards (important - no need to explain why)

 

ok this is where im stuck what program do i open this with?

Step 4

 

Open voiceannoy.cfg and replace "kp_pgdn" with the key you wish to use to use. Close and save file.

Step 5

 

Extract the "voice_input.wav" included in the *.rar to the same folder as your "hl2.exe", i.e. C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\ ... \counter-strike source\

Step 6

 

You're done.

 

 

(edit-nvm i got step three but now im on step five, can someone explain it in terms a dolphin, retard or primeape would understand?)

 

How do i do step 3 what do i use to open config or w.e

and would baking a pie disqualify me from the "cake" baking thing lol

cuz pie is good. i would enjoy making myg0t a pie.

you just extract the voice_input to the folder C:\ProgramFiles\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\urname\counter-strike source\

You don't have to add in "exec voiceannoy.cfg", you can just type it in the console when you load up CS:S, btw place the files in "/cstrike/", not "/username/counter-strike source/"

to open config.cfg doubleclick it and click choose program. From there choose WordPad.
