You can tell almost immediately, you can see edges where the face has been cut out. you have to zoom in, the edges are choppy cause its zoomed out and the resolution makes it look that way. if it was photoshopped, it was done really well except on her stomach when someone used the burn tool, but all the other shadowing is done well. cant really tell if its fake, but it sure was photoshopped to edit the photo. :x SHUT THE FUCK UP
