Learn how to read plz. As a person who played WoW in beta and a person who enjoys PvP a lot, I would go with Guild Wars unless you enjoy boring grind ok.

If you play WoW and like it, then don't play guildwars, it will be a big disappointment. WoW has less PvP arenas however you can have random world PvP and mass 40vs40 PvP. About the endgame PvE instances though, it entirely depends on how you go about it. My guild is like 90% dutch and are hilarious on ventrilo/TS, raids are just funny, however a lot of guilds make raiding feel like a job more then a fun passtime. The only reason guildwars is more "balanced" is because it appears the creators are too lazy to keep adding new content for people who have already overcome the game's current content. Whichever you choose, make sure to take it in moderation, too many people let it destroy their real lives. BTW if any of this is incorrect, feel free to correct me, it's been a while since I played GW.
