Either 1.6 / Source whatever. Probably not a new idea at all, but I was thinking if we go into a server and taake a demo of the other [Fake space someones name] (yes you'd need 2 people), get that someones SteamID (preferaably someone who is doing quite well, which sometimes means they're a regular) and post it on the clan forums of the server, person gets banned and gets raged because of being banned for no reason, goes on forums (perhaps) and comaplins about not hacking, but there is a demo to say that he/she did, this could get pretty ugly. If we did it to alot of servers it could cause quite abit of rage.

But it's not really so much work, if I went into a server, changed name to someone elses, and you took a demo and hosted it, what would be so hard about me posting the link and SteamID on the forum?

This should work in other Steam games especialy DoD:S because as [myg0t]sideways said on IRC that they've got more dedicated players.

Try it and show us what happens, if it's worth it I might do it.

It would need some effort to make it work well. If you really want to do it take the idea further and create a channel for it, you need something more than just an idea to motivate people: organization.

 

 

P.S. It wouldnt be actual game raging so its not that myg0ttish but whatever.

I used to do a variation of this, instead of posting it on the clans forum i would hex edit it, chop a screenshot and submit it to steam bans, it's a great fun way to ban people from their own servers.

While you might be right I think we(ragers) should do something bigger than just random raging of some servers. Something that would once again remind people of what myg0t is.

and also i think it would be an awesome idea, we could get a empty server filled with g0ts and have everyone make their names the same as regulars on the server
