Any one know how I can configure my Motorola Razr v3 to use a proxy so I dont have to pay for teh intarnetz

Unfortunatley its the truth, there really is no way of getting around it. Sorry man. Perhaps look into your providers plans for unlimited internet, I know some have that for a fair price like at $5 extra or so a month.
