This means that islam is not what it says it is. Although I will say that Allah is the only word for God in Arabic so Arabs can only refer to God as Allah. Perhaps a few people got rid of words which also meant God in the past? Like in the book "1984" by H.G. Wells, words like "revolution" were sent down the "memory hole" so the future generations wouldn't know a word like it existed, and thus, wouldn't be able to cause a revolution.
