September 22, 200618 yr used to be able to crash CS servers just 2 days ago with simple console command, not anymore tho cause its patched, and there are no other methods known at this point sorry.

As stated, the JUST patched the easyest method of crashing CSS servers, so you just missed out. There is always a new method found to do it, they just don't get found very often.
