When i said I was 20 I was referring to someones comment about being 20mg not the age 20. I am 16 and the only reason I said they were my room mates was to piss some people off (it worked). I dunno what ur talking about learners license but you have your learners license at the age of 15 and get your valid license at 16.

Any person who incurs more than 4 moving violations under the age of 17 shall spend no less than (5) days in the penitentiary of the magistrates ruling and shall have all driving privileges revoked until the age of 18.

If you looked at the other thread where it shows my ticket I am sure it says "race:w" for white.

Depends on the state...which you wuld know if you knew anything ABOUT law...traffic laws are all state mandated, within relatively minor guidelines under federal law.
