word, where do u get that from

Saves me from boredom during class.

I have 2000 songs, 2 seasons of family guy, and a handful of movies and its only half way full.

Not suprisingly, I was completely anti-iPod... that is until I got one for christmas. I must say, Apple really made a good product that has, and still is, unrivaled. Its just so damn convieniant.

Although, I'm not too fond of the easy-to-scratch face on the iPod... but thats easily fixed with a $20 case, or just using the one that comes with it.

As soon as something comes out thats better than the iPod I'll be selling mine and moving to that however, I can't stand Apple. :P

Love it, owned about 4 so far. I keep getting suckered into buying newer gen ipods. But I think my black ipod video will be my last.

just google for "ipod linux download" or something and download/install ipodlinux, then "podzilla"

i don't recommend doing this cos it fucked my ipud :c

Pretty soon Microsoft will be comming out with an mp3 player that is supposed to compete with the iPod Video, its called the Zune. (google it)

Now before your like "LOL MICROSOFT IS GAY, K?" and hit "back", this is supposed to do everything the iPod and more. But you can look it up yourself. But as for me Im sticking with my Nano...

i like them although i dont have one, instead i have a 8gb zen microphoto which is like a bigger nano. The better ones came out some months ago but it was only $150 on sale.

but i also hate iTunes

That's a lot of things to fit onto an Ipod... What size do you have?

iv had about 3 and i hated them all, unless you know exacltly what u are doing with them (hack wise) they are worthless, itunes is a freagin joke, and their battery life is horrible. I prefer creative over apple any day :P
r4iney;390316']You don't have to use itunes you know' date=' there are plenty of substitutes. I use ephpod with my nano.[/quote']

dont know ephod but i REALLY recommend vPod

easiest tool i ever had :/

i have a creative vision m, 30 gigs and it's a good piece of equipment

thatll probly be my next one, or the microsoft thing

dumb dumb and dumb. if you wait to charge it until the battery is run all the way down, like your supposed to with those kind of batteries, then my ipod usually doesnt have to be charged for 2-3days, if you listen to it all the time.

but i personally hate/love my ipod, cause it breaks all the time and gives me those gay folder errors and shit, but then the apple store gives u a new one free so..

the convience of it wins

They're really nifty, although there are ***gots who use em that piss me off.

For example, people have their ipod and their white cord blantly sticking out and acting like they're the shit.

People who buy a shitty Mp3 player and buy ipod headphones to make it look like an ipod.

I'm lookin' in to getting one for when i'm in the military, but cant choose one.

I was going to get two ipod video so I could have all my music, but that seems excessive. Anyone know of a mp3 player that has at least a 90gb capacity? That way I could fit all my shit on it and not have to carry around two devices.

well they just came out with the 80GB video so maybe make yur library smaller? otherwise i have a black 60GB and use it everyday at work and school and in the car, its with me all the time adn i love it, best part is i got it for free
a girl gave me her Ipod when she got napster, I loved the thing til I broke it by mistake. Honestly its one of the best products, way over priced though

Lithium ion batteries don't have a memory effect, moron. Maybe you should think before you type, or not type at all. The myg0t forums have enough dumbasses.

i traded my nano for an 8th of kush cuss im pretty sure it was gonne break after a few months

complain about iPod all you want .. but it's pretty hard to beat their warrenty and ease of use . I've picked up my 60gb Video as soon as they first hit the shelves and I have to say the pricetag was a bit disconcerning ... however . I fly a lot and it has made traveling 1000X more tolerable !

Only problem I ever have had is that I keep all my music and videos on my Powerbook and recently I had to send it in for warrenty due to a Power surge fried my ethernet /wireless during a recent hotel stay in Vegas . Apple replaced my Powerbook with a new one and I lost my Music Library ... thankfullly i found a proggy iPodRip which ripped all my music off my iPod back to my new powerbook . Prior to finding iPodRip , I was informed by Apple that you can't retrieve iTunes purchased Music and videos from your iPod back to your computer ...

That's their legal answer. They don't want to blatantly tell everyone how to do it. I mean, how many on average non-smart-consumers know you can do that?
