October 9, 200618 yr well, if this is a serious question, no, u can't really cut your own paper. The rollign paper burns diffrently then normal paper.

October 9, 200618 yr lol.. take a normal sheet of computer paper soak it in water then let dry and repeat a few times its a decent substitute for normal papers..
