I mean as long as they can afford it. All to create an illusion of perfection. If you'd see any porn star in real life, you can bet your sweet ass at she won't look as good as in the pictures. (also makeup, but that's just a "background" they can't create that skin or smoothness with just makeup.) That's why I prefer porn from smaller companys, because then they prolly won't afford do to so much touch up and the girls look more natural.

I know that they do it but damn that pic is super airbrushed. Just look where her hand and arm meet, look so fake. I've seen more realistic digital paintings. Someone went overboard.
