Well our dell comp lab at my school have these sorta-golden stickers on the sides tthat say "product key: ...."

The key is in this format : XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX"

Is that basically a XP cd key? Is that what you would type in when installing XP?

If so I can get about 30 of those.

PS: They are all XP Pro.

Yeah, they are on most public accesable pc's.. i.e schools and colleges / uni's

Mine XP (home) key is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Only 4 per set, not five.

Pro might be 5 digits per set.

I've never known or really wondered, but what are some differences between pro and home?

Ya they are, btw Home and Pro are like...the same..just different names..to me they are.

Edit:

Pro has 5, just checked my key, it's at 5.

Yeah thanks I saw that on google images as I was searching for the correct format of a XP Pro CD-Key.

I'll save it for later, but I mean it's a sticker on the case, how easier can it get rofl.
