I stand with my back to the shower, no reason at all just something I've done automatically all my life.

I use a combination of both, as my shower space is limited and certain turns are required to rinse all parts of the body.

 

I think the results of the poll are infeasible and cannot be used in proper studies as they lack the option of taking baths or not bathing at all.

I hate baths, their not relaxing at all. When I lie in them I can't help but feel that it's harder to breathe, even though it's a pathetic amount of water, it still feels like it's restricting, and I can't relax with that.

Dont put your head under the water. Then breathing will be easy.
