1) pre-heat oven to 250f

2) fold shakes in the tinfoil

3) fold the edges several times (so no air leaks in)

4) use a round object to make it credit card thin

5) leave it in the oven for 10~15 minutes

6) take it out and let it cool down

7) use a cracker/bread with peanut butter

8) eat it and trip balls :facesj:

 

btw for lightweight, you only need about 1 to 1.5 gram

for heavyweight, eat 1.5~2 grams
