November 4, 200618 yr Which was your favorite and why? Great Expectations since I'm a fan of Dickens. How does each theme relate to one another? They are all tragedies except for Huck and Tom adventures. (Don't know about The Chocolate War, Silas Marner or Dorian Gray) What are your views on antithesis and didactic viewpoint? I think both Orwell's books predicted an inevitable totalitarian state.
