Posted November 16, 200618 yr Made my first $5,000 in less than an hour yesterday. Found a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house worth about $290,000 House needed paint and carpet. My partner and I put in a Real Estate contract for purchase for 180,000 to close in 30 days. We put a advertisement on Craigslist for a killer deal. Another investor bought our rights to the contract we had for 5k cash. Not bad for a days work :)
