Question about VAC2

I was going to post this in the other category but I can't make threads in there for some reason. Anyway, to the question.

I noticed alot of hacks for 1.6 state that they're VAC2 proof, but isn't VAC2 only for CSS? Because I currently run FighterFX 3.2 when I'm bored and feeling for it. I only play on unsecure servers but it has happend a total of three times I've entered a VAC secure server and played there for over 30 minutes, this was just a little more then one month ago.

FighterFX 3.2 is really old and should be detectable, but I'm not banned yet, why is this? I'm confused on the whole VAC scene and stuff.

This has also happend with ECC 5.2, but I read that VAC2 has problem with Polymorphism and I noticed ECC has that, how safe is polymorphism anyway?

yes i have noticed a few problems with VAC recently.

I used hl2h on css for weeks after it became detectable and i'm not banned.

It's been two months already.

I just got banned for just having the hacks in my folder ( i havent hacked in secure for over a year now) i was really pissed, but did you guys see the update saying they caught like thousands of cheaters in a month?

The whole VAC scene seems sketchy, I saw the rage movie you made Leopulse, was that on a VAC Secure server, if so. What cheat were you using?
