One of my buddies stole this phone from someone and gave it to me since I am in need of a phone and am sick of using this P.O.S loner LG phone.

But when I put my sim card in it it says [Enter Restriction Code]...

does anyone know what this restriction code is?

if it is different in different areas?

a free website that will tell me the code?

i know the phone is no longer in service because my friend said that guy he stole it from had like 5-6 phones on his table and was using a high tech palm pilot so i know he didnt report it stolen or something
