Energy drinks are totally unnecessary. If you eat right, exercise, and get enough sleep, you should be fine.

Yeah it fucked up my throat, it tasted alright but i felt no effect whatsoever, over here you can buy it for 2$ at pretty much any corner store.

see, caffeine and suger are different

 

caffeine is a carbohydrate that when it breaks down goes to the nerve cells in your brain, by blood, to cancel out the adorncine (something like that) which makes you sleepy.

 

Surgers do that, but it breaks down MUCH FASTER which results in more explosive energy, and short lived

 

 

EDIT: they best way to get it out of your system is to drink milk and stay away from high carbohydrate, chocolate, coffee, soda,

work out a little bit and plan to be dead tomorrow.

QFT. Energy drinks are one of the very few things worse for your body than soda.

Get a proper diet and a good excercise program and there is no need for any extra energy.
