QFT. Energy drinks are one of the very few things worse for your body than soda.

Get a proper diet and a good excercise program and there is no need for any extra energy.

I get my caffeine through Coke. Even in the morning. I don't want to have to add sugar and cream to that liquid ass they call coffee.

 

No, I'm not a fatass on the fast track to diabetes. I eat right... but I enjoy soda with my food.:wow:

 

And all energy drinks taste like ass, I don't care what you say. The (comparitively) small amount of caffeine in a can of coke is enough to keep me up and still give me the option to fall asleep, which is not the case when you drink a can of redbull. With a can of redbull, you need to wait for it to wear off.

I stop blinking when I drink redbull.

 

Sleeping good hours is the best you can do for energy, I used to sleep 12 hours a day, from about 4AM to 4PM, always felt tired. I feel much better when I sleep from 10PM-6AM
