I can confirm first hand this works

I thought it was a joke and tried it.

Without going into too much detail;

It made me feel sleepy as fuck, then warm, then i felt like i was falling through my bed. I then began dreaming while i was still kinda awake in my bed, had a cool vivid dream, near the end of it i had found out i was dreaming, and was running around like an idiot and did some cool shit.

 

I've had quite a few dreams now where i've known i was dreaming and could do what i like.

So far i have:

Controlled time, drove a car like a maniac, drove a bike like a maniac. Had many dreams where i was killing zombies with shotguns and shit. Super cool violence and sexy guns. Flown in the air by thought alone. Met some crazy people. Put my hand through solid matter. Played video game consoles that arn't even created yet. not to mention having sex with anyone i like.

Lucid Dreaming is Sick I have tried it a couple time but have only had it work twice in a small amount I will definably try this

EDIT: tested, it's not a screamer

Put it in Movie Maker and it seems to be all at the same volume and frequency, so I'm pretty sure it's not a screamer, but I haven't tested it completely yet.

Yes, I was drunk and I dreamed I was at a concert with my mates, then I said "wait there I'm going for a piss", and I ran to a tree and started pissing, then I woke up and I was pissing in bed. My girlfriend was so fucking angry.

I'm not a bed wetter, I just dreamed I was having a piss and then I woke up and I was really doing it. I also talk in my sleep, punch and kick, laugh, and touch my girlfriend. It's weird.

I lucid dream every 1-2 days, but maybe trying this would help make it easier...
