yet again it worked until i got too excited :tear: i will say tho that the transition was different this time, and i felt lightheaded and like i was floating on air. too bad i got too excited when i realized that it was working, i think i just need to try it until i get used to the sensation

I didnt read over the entire thread but, if its about lucid dreaming ive done it a few times or more when i read about it originally.

 

the best way i could do it was to find a generally flat place to lay down, for me it was my shitty ass job's carpet floor. i would be fairly comfortable and have a slight uncomfort somewhere due to the floor and such.

 

after a few mins of just laying there and trying to half doze off i could feel myself going into sleep mode but since i had a slight uncomfort from the floor, i never really fully went to sleep in my mind .

 

my body was basicly paralized sometimes after going into a good dream tho and it scared the fuck outta me the first time it happened but its all shit youll get used to.

 

 

lucid dreaming is prolly one of the coolest things you can ever do bc you can control your dreams after a few times or mabey even the first time. i would highly suggest any who doesnt believe me or wants to try it to read up a bit more and try all the technieqes possible to make it happen. works great on long boring ass days

I tried it last night, I listened to the whole tape, my body went numb. I had trouble controlling my breathing, then eventually the dude came on and said if you hear my voice and rain your are now dreaming. then when that happened i felt rly weird and my body shrivled in pain, then I started to day dream. I guess that was the lucid dream. I was in the mall w/ my gf having jamba juice for around 3-5 min then the dood came on and said your are now awake bla bla and i snapped out of it. I got up and i felt more awake then sleepy. However if I tried to imagine or visualize something I could see it in great clarity.

the series 1 will wake you up after 90 minutes, but im trying it out with the series 2 because i dont want to be woken up

i doubt thats the problem, its probably that you drank some coffee, or you werent fully into it. I've listened 3 times and it has at least somewhat worked all 3 times

Like Leopulse alreay mentioned, it feels like i was sleeping the whole night but i was only sleeping for 45 min.

i cant get this to work at all. tried 4 times. didnt sleep 2 of the times slept 2 of the other times.. he tells me to go to sleep so i do even though its hard with the sound, then he tells me to wake up and remember but i remember nothing.. I don't understand how you all got this to work

First I tried sleeping on my back. didn't work

Then tried lying down the other way but the earphone went heaps far in left my ear and now it hurts and feels like there's water in it (keeps clicking when i swallow)

Well it started off as a normal dream but for the last part i remember being at my grandmothers house. I went into the kitchen as she started to make scrambled eggs and then it hit me. She's dead. At that point i realized the dream was lucid. I went to pour myself a bowl of shreddies when i woke up.

Okay, this thing is NOT for people with ADD. The fucking anouncer guy says to start dreaming when you here the rain but IT NEVER FUCKING COMES :O_o: . I waited for about the whole hour for the rain and I got so fed up I turned it off. I'll try again tonight. It's only 1:35 PM here anyway :V

I just tried it again and it was really freaky. I kept getting these visoins of white faces flying by my head. They reminded me of the thing in The Exorcist where it flashes that white face :ugh:

Yes, I was drunk and I dreamed I was at a concert with my mates, then I said "wait there I'm going for a piss", and I ran to a tree and started pissing, then I woke up and I was pissing in bed. My girlfriend was so fucking angry.

I'm not a bed wetter, I just dreamed I was having a piss and then I woke up and I was really doing it. I also talk in my sleep, punch and kick, laugh, and touch my girlfriend. It's weird.

Im sure it begins raining again 40 minutes in, or maybe that was just the dream i had made it begin raining on its own..

oh man i got so close last night:tear: i know i was close because i tried to get out of bed but i couldnt, and if i moved it was like moving through molasses, maybe tonite i will finally succeed.

I tried to relax but kept getting ichy. I fell asleep but had no dream but woke up when he said wake up. Then I went back to sleep. Then I had a dream and it was really quick, I heard a voice say, if you get a text message you will die, and I heard my a my phone message song go off then I shivered, and I got scared, I then tried to move but couldn't and I got even scareder. and I had to really try and wake up. And I did.

 

It was freaky....

I never can get it, I fall asleep. I'm a heavy sleeper I think.
