December 21, 200618 yr Tried this last night, was pretty crazy. Dont think I got the full effect as I got an itch and it made me loose focus. Also phone went off and my house was creaking. Had difficulty controlling breathing as someone else said. EDIT: I just cant get to sleep in the set time :S need like 4 times longer.
January 2, 200718 yr I never fucking get it to work. I fall asleep, and I'm out, can't hear the shit, IDK why.
January 3, 200718 yr First time I passed out, but woke up right at the end. 2nd time I was in it, but nothing came to mind or anything.... Just relaxing and calm, but my room was too warm, so I got uncomfortable and ended up breaking out of the sleep... was way hard to do... I'm thinking about grabbing the others and tossing them on my psp. This would be great to try out at school... hmm....

It is a powerful, yet somewhat elusive technique. Imagine, being able to pass from waking into a lucid dream with no lapse in consciousness, or being able to have a lucid dream every night! It is no wonder so many people are interested in learning to WILD. This document (written by seeker) will help guide you. sounds fun ---------------- Done this once before, but it is difficult. Never used an audio aid, just constant rhythmic thoughts that keep you aware as you fall asleep. I wonder though what it would be like if you got very good at this, to a point where you could do it every night. Could you potentially have a constant stream of consciousness for days on end? When you sleep and lucid dream, you still wake up feeling refreshed.
January 6, 200718 yr I tried it and I was a little late on the relaxation steps, but eventually my entire body was soo numb and vibrating except my face. So that kinda ruined it. No matter how hard I tried my head just wouldn't relax. I gave up and then the numbing relaxation went away. I failed ;/
