for "server" what information would we have to get from someones computer to control it? an ip?

When they install the server you will need the IP, port the server is running on & any authorisation they set up, username & password.

 

But If you just give them a link to realvnc.com or something and say hey download this it's a cs hack lololol, they're going to realise it isnt a cs hack. If you can get your hands on a modded vnc server that just runs in the background undetected then do that.
