Dont do it inside unless you have heat insulation (they sell stuff for this exact purpose but i forget) Keeps them from seeing heat. If you're going to grow outside you could google for guides or just find a river/stream/pond and just toss or bury the seeds a few yards away. This is especially good if you cant check on them everyday. Again if you're doing outside growth dont plant them on your property.
