December 18, 200618 yr happened to me once; nosy 80 year old neighbor peeking through windows calls cops, cops do nothing (obviously) but landlord kicks me out to avoid probs with other neighbors. you can always try to fight it but thats kinda pointless in my opinion

December 18, 200618 yr i think you guys are confused, it wasnt his house, it was an apartment or dorm room im pretty sure. as for dorms they dont need your permission and for an apartment or house if they can see and/or smell the smoke when you open the door they have probable cause and dont need permission or a warrant, same goes if they see the shit laying out in the open behind you or something. but ya that sucks eyereesh, never happened to me. but i did get pulled over driving away from a liquor store on campus the other night by 3 under cover cops for what they said was buying alcohol for minors since i had a 20yr old and a 16yr old in the car with me and one happened to be holding the bottle (still in the bag) that i had just gone in and bought. i got off though after about 20min of them talking to me, told them the 20yr old was my cousin and the 16yr old was his friend that i was giving a ride home and the liquor was for my wifes birthday this next week (since they asked me why i had so much for myself; 2 liter's of everclear and a pint of vodka), they were assholes to the 16yr old tho, they had him get out of the car and follow their finger and shit and walk a straight line and ended up saying he wasnt drunk but they knew he had been smoking something and was high. :wow:
December 18, 200618 yr Author Yeah, as much as you people tell me they need a warrant and all that shit, thats really just not the way things go down in a lot of bigger cities. I was really in a position where it was more beneficial to me from a legal standpoint to just give up what I had (they let me off with a warning for cooperating) and regardless if they had or hadn't found anything or been allowed to, the building administration would have me booted anyway. It was lose lose, so I chose the loss that didn't involve me violating probation through getting more offenses.

December 18, 200618 yr It's called incense. Nag Champa is the best. Smells SOOOO GOOD. It's what most head shops burn inside (atleast in SoCal). The end will stay cherried and give off a slow line of smoke. Smells delicious (if you get a good scent like nag champa or another good one)

They can boot you on suspicion of illegal drug use or distribution .
