Posted December 21, 200618 yr so, just over 2 months ago, i broke up with my girlfriend of almost a year and a half. starting November 30th she told her dad all these lies, including me raping her, and me sending an email that night saying i wanted to kill her and her family. also that same night, she told the cops all these lies, so they came to my house and took into the station for questioning. that email was send at 6:06 pm that night, and at that time i was at the mall with my new girlfriend and some other friends. now all the cops have is a printout of the email, which i did not send, and it looks legit, and know she doesnt have the brains to take a screenshot and photoedit my email in ther and such. so she must have my password from when i logged onto her computer. now just yesturday, these muthafuckin dumbass cops came to my house with a search warrant, and took all my computer parts and everything away to check the hard drive, all they needed was the hard drive but they sent total dumbasses that think u need every computer part they found. they were actually asking eachother if they should take my 2 broke ass PS2's that i had taken apart. anyway, y couldnt they have just traced where the email came from? i mean this isnt a huge town but c'mon, they're fucking cops, they should have better resources than stealing all my computer shit and pretty much taking a dump on my face with all this shit. my ex-girlfriend is ruining my life. all this shit puts me and my moms at such a rage, we fight everynight and im like constantly grounded, she even started hitting me last night. my ex completely rages me, and i look to you people for advice, or a funny comment to brighten me day. (btw im on a school comp posting this)

December 21, 200618 yr um, you can sue her in civil court, but not until after the charges you're facing now get fixed. either way you need to get yourself an attorney because you're being fucked around by some teenage slut and dumb ass cops. btw the cops don't file charges against you the detectives do so don't be scared of the cops, make the detectives your friends and offer taking a polygraph, 9/10 times they will let you and the outcome of the results will likely have them drop the case and even possibly file charges against your ex. but first things first, get an attorney because you and your parents don't know jack shit and haven't been handling the situation at all. once all this is over you need to sue her ass (her parents) and get everything from those pieces of shit that you can. and don't post any of her info here or anywhere else, it will only hurt you later. do not get myg0t involved in this any more than just talking about it.
December 21, 200618 yr Dw about the email though, if it comes to it you can prove to them you didn't send it (If it's with hotmail you can easily see the headers from each email which include the IP it was sent from) Or you can contact the email provider and try to get a subpoena for the logs or something. But did you have anything bad at all on your HDD's?

This is probably the best way jsut becuase its legal, its going to get them jail time maybe and if you're lucky you can get money out of it. But like he said, if you do get an attorney then you shouldnt (he'll tell you this) talk about the case to anyone so if you go that route then maybe you have this deleted? However you can kiss that stuff goodbye, it's all evidence and you'll never see it again. You can probably get money in civil court to replace it. Oh and if you don't get aquitted, suicide solution.
