Posted December 22, 200618 yr I have an AMD Athlon 64 3600+ AM2 Dual Core Cpu and only 512mb or ddr2 ram. Should I get another stick? My hd is 250gig seagate barracudda 16mb cache if that is relevant.
December 22, 200618 yr another 512 stick yes, but do you really need a 64 bit processer because it can address > 18 tb of memory and you have a grand total of potential of a little over 250 gigs of virtual memory. so I would just stick to 32 bit and get 4 gigs of RAM.
