December 28, 200618 yr Author Oh realy, id like to concure, but this workd you just have to make your Cstrike folder Read-Only sorry. if you make the whole Steam folder Read-Only then it will not launch Steam when you try to start it. Trust me this works, i dono which Admin mod it works with but it does. Ive been TKing all day and have not been slayn but i have been kicked havent been banned yet. it so fun.
