1.6 and/or source for maps, so the walls are clear? anybody know? just wondering, wanted to see what this looks like in contrast to my wallhack...

there is a clear wall hack u dumb ass its the oldest glitch. and before someone from myg0t tries to have a go at me so fucking what...

 

you need a programme called GFCscape which enables you to read the game cache files:

 

1) get GFCscape

2) open the file counter-strike source shared

3) then go to the materials folder inside that and copy the file de_map cs_map

4) now paste that file into your real materials folder in counter strike source\cstrike etc

5) YOUR EDITTING THE VMT FILES NOT THE VTF FILES:

6) open with notepad or any other programme u use for editting code etc

7) add the line "$alpha" 0.75 to every single .vmt file in de_dust for example

 

(read on if your a noob and dont have a clue what im saying)

 

de_dust file

inside that file there will be lots of files like:

{sitea.vmt

{site1.vtf

 

you go to {sitea.vmt OPEN:

 

now you will see a small texture script:

 

"lightmappedGeneric"

{

"$baseTexture" "de_dust/door03"

"$surfaceprop" "wood"

// "$bumpmap" "de_dust/door03_normal"

"%keywords" "cstrike"

 

}

 

now you add simply to this

 

"lightmappedGeneric"

{

"$baseTexture" "de_dust/door03"

"$surfaceprop" "wood"

// "$bumpmap" "de_dust/door03_normal"

"%keywords" "cstrike"

"$alpha" 0.75

}

 

not hard huh? and you will get about 75% - 85% transparent walls...

If you still cant do this well tough shit...

enjoy the good thing about this is vac2 can do absolutely shit all about it so your able to use this for ages.
If only someone would release a pack with half transparent walls like above other than doing it the manual way. :o

Sorry, nebver new about this, VAC safe to like you cant shoot through walls that you normally couldnt.

There was a bypass called FSK wallhack (which is pretty much the same thing) that is now detected by VAC... just so you know

 

Its only a matter of time before valve fixes that too.

 

The only real way to do it without getting caught is turn the models into Glass (so you can see through it) and unless they make it so servers check materials consistency they cannot ban that because windows and other objects in maps use glass whereas transparency is relatively unused.

As black-ops said, you it just makes the materials of the maps translucent.

or you guys could edit the VTF in Photoshop and make it see through.... Don't know if that detected tho.

 

But i would go with what that one guy said make all mats act as if they are glass. Get the glass mat file and copy and paste it into every thing. but some glass isnt see through all the way so you have to get the right 1.

Also it is not VAC bannable, Look at the ting it clearly states that, Changing the game exaluable file (.exe) or the (.dll) files are going to get you banned and if you are using hacks for players to have an unfair advantage, it says nothing about messing with VTF or VMT files at all. so.... BTW i just tryed to do the Photoshop thig didn't work made walls White and or Black. But it looks cool.

What is VAC?

 

The Valve Anti-Cheat system runs on servers displaying the "Secured" shield logo. If a user connects to a VAC-Secured server while using a cheat, the VAC system will ban the user from playing on VAC-Secured servers in the future.

 

While server admins may choose to ban specific players, server admins cannot VAC ban players. The VAC system is automated - contacting Steam Support to report cheaters is not necessary, nor will Steam Support act on any information provided.

 

All VAC bans are permanent - Valve has a zero-tolerance policy for cheaters.

 

The VAC system does not generate false-positives. Only hacks and cheats (modifications designed to give one player an advantage over other players) will trigger a VAC ban - any modifications to a game's core executable files (.EXE) or dynamic link library (.DLL) files will trigger the VAC system.

The following will not trigger a VAC ban:

 

* Using chat programs like X-Fire

* Playing multi-player mods which do not modify core .EXE and .DLL files

* System hardware configurations

* Playing with custom skins

 

Use only trusted machines to play on VAC-Secured servers - if you are not sure whether or not the machine you are using to connect to Steam may have cheats installed, do not play on VAC-Secured servers.

I tried it today and found out it works (the VMT edit). But I'm still unsure if it's VAC detected or not. As far as I know it shouldn't since VAC doesn't reach into things other than .exe and .dlls .

 

But that could only be hacker bait.

Been around like... forever.. VAC can't detect it, only thing that detects this shit is clients like ESEA
