He's probably talking about clipping into walls whichs is basicly if you can crouch and go towards the wall while a part of it is over your head on a angle so you duck into the wall let go of the duck key keep going as far as you can then start jumping and you clip into the wall. And you can shoot outside the wall and no one can see you.
