Due to all the class warfare language I see in these threads of jealousy about me, I'm certainly curious: What exactly do you consider "wealthy" or "rich"? Please choose in the poll. Your answers should be very amusing.

Now this is the story all about how

My life got flipped, turned upside down

And Id like to take a minute just sit right there

Ill tell you how I became the prince of a town called bel-air

In west philadelfia born and raised

On the playground where I spent most of my days

Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool

And all shooting some b-ball outside of the school

When a couple of guys who were up to no good

Started making trouble in my neighbourhood

I got in one little fight and my mom got scared

And said you're moving with your aunte and uncle in bel-air

I whistled for a cab and when it came near the

Licenseplate said fresh and had a dice in the mirror

If anything I could say that this cab was rare

But I thought naw forget it, yo home to bel-air

I pulled up to a house about seven or eight

And I yelled to the cabby yo, homes smell you later

Looked at my kingdom I was finally there

To settle my throne as the prince of bel-air

I consider rich to be when you dont have to worry about money. Although being rich may make you coast through life easier, it doesn't necessarily make you happy which is what counts and what makes us happy is other people's misery when they try to have fun ...otherwise why would you be here?

QFT!

I guess it would depend on spending habits, and size of family. 30,000+ a year for a single guy isnt that bad depending on where he lives.

A guy with 2 kids a wife and likes gadgets and toys (cars, TVs, etc...) Id say around 75,000+

But i'd say on average 75,000 + would be considered rich. :dunno:

As posts above have stated, when you can afford a $30,000 security system, then you know you're wealthy.

And DOCPHIL grabs another opportunity to try and brag about being rich...

I'd be more interesting if he wasn't just a compulsive liar.

On a more serious note, I'd say over $500,000 is doing pretty good. Average income where I live (i'm guessing) is around 125,000-200,000. But then you can drive out of San Diego and find area where that would be considered alot. It depends on location.

200k a year would be upper middle class but i dont think its really rich

i chose 500k a year

I invite you to please note any post that I've lied about. Please. Let's see them so I can prove you wrong.

More, please show me where I've "bragged", vs. just defending myself with proof when you asked for it. Answer: YOU CAN'T. The poll is merely to gauge what you negros consider "rich", since you keep throwing that term around.

well i voted 50,000 thinking the poll was in pounds, but i guess $75,000 would be a "wealthy" wage. It's not a superstar salery but you're not exactly strapped for cash either.

Guess that's good, my dad makes about $120,000 a year if not more.

my rents are divorced so my dad makes like 100k and my mom makes like 25k so im rly poor and my dads rich but we still live in a kinda nice house so i gess 50k is rich

I agree with that one guy, rich is when you just simply don't think about how much something costs.

Some people such as myself will have quite a bit of money, but more because I'd rather save than spend, rather than making 500K+ a year.

I chose 200,000+ a year, simply due to the fact if you live in a nice area, you can spend 70K+ a year on mortgage/car/utilities/insurance/food alone.

Anyone who pretends like $100,000+ isn't wealthy should get a reality check.

$75,000 I would say is quite wealthy but there is definitely a gap between $75,000 and $100,000 brackets.

A farmer considers the homeless person to be poor, but the man with the bigger farm to be wealthy.
