So that means witnesses had to lie, or else a black person did commit the crime. This also then implies that the general population would rather see a black person in prison than the right person. Hole number 1. The next hole happens when evidence is collected. Even getting a crime prosecuted requires quite a bit of evidence. So then this means that the majority of cops would rather see a black person in prison than a white person, including some of the black cops! Hole number 2. The third hole happens with the nature of evidence. Things like shoe prints, hair, blood, finger prints, vehicle tracks, and lastly the actual crime are fucking hard to fake. So hard in fact, to do so on a large scale is clearly impossible. Believe what you want, but DNA doesn't lie. The 4th hole appears in the fact that most joureys have black people on them. A single person can hang a jourey, so black people in general (and nearly all of them apparently) would rather see a black person in prison than the right person.
